Unacceptable! Disgusting!
The way Arsenal played against y'day was totally like the title of this post. I m not disappointed by the defeat...I m disappointed by the way Arsenal passed the ball and how they defended. Arsenal will have to buck up if they r to mount and sustain a strong challenge to win the EPL.
Now for some VERY short, pointy posts:
-

The sibling I have nvr met
All this yrs I had known that I only had 1 bro in the world. Wad I didn't know until earlier this yr was that I actually had another sibling. A sibling who did not have a chance for me to be his/her bro. A sibling who was lost as a result to a miscarriage when I was 2+
It was yesterday that this was revealed to my bro. That's wad made me have this post after some thinking y'day.
If this sibling had not been lost, I wouldn't be having my bro now, coz my parents had said they only wanted 2 kids.
I was thinking about a lot of stuff about this b4 going to bed last nite.
As u all know, the age gap between me and my bro is 8 yrs. With such a big age gap, we have nvr been as close as how brothers should be. There's a lot of stuff I can't do with him. There's stuff I cannot share with him. And vice-versa.
If that sibling had made it, I m pretty sure that my life would have been very diffr since there would have been an age gap of 3 yrs. *In this post, I m NOT BLAMING my parents, God or anyone.*
If it had been a brother:
-
We would have fought A LOT
-
We would have played sports 2gether
-
We would have been able to share stuff with one another
-
Share my car with him =( hahahaha
Basically, we could have done brotherly stuff that I can't do with my bro.
If it had been a sister (and I have always wanted a sister):
-
I would have that chance to give her brotherly protection
-
Get to know her frens =p
-
Learn stuff 4rom her
-
I would not need to do housework =p
-
Share my car with her =( hahaha
Basically, we could have done stuff that bros and sisters do for one another.
However, based on the current family financial situation, having 2 kids with such a small age gap would've been not so good. Imagine supporting 2 college going kids.

Just like the title says...I have lots to say.
Firstly, I had a great lunch at Aunty Anne George's 2day. She's a great colleaugue and fren of my father. I enjoyed the food and enjoyed playing with Snowy, her lab-spitz mix (dog).
Secondly, 2day's game was great. It was my 1st game after suffering an excruciating injury. I would say that i was back to my best...and m being myself (RHAPtor). The highlight of 2day's game would be the fierce 3 pointer that I scored. It all started when I intercepted a pass in the circle, ran out of it with the ball, and turned to release a fierce shot which crashed into hoop's hole. It was a great game 2day. 98% of all my shots were in.
Thirdly, we went to KLCC on Thurs morn coz my father had reserved a book at Kinokuniya. We went to MV in the afternoon bcoz we 4got that Robinson's is in The Gardens...not MV. We had lunch and walked around MV. We bought some stuff....Dad got his book...Bro got his miniature Ferrari and a dinosaur model...I got a dinosaur model, and a new water dish for Hinata.
Fourthly, some things I've learnt 4rom my recent spate of sports injuries:
-
Bones r meant to be broken, coz they can be fixed again...no worries
-
Sports injuries bring me down to earth.
-
Sports injuries remind me how vulnerable I m when I have 4gotten.
-
Running up and down the stairs with a thigh injury is not stg u get to do everyday.
-
Running up and down the stairs with a thigh injury is fun...funnily.
-
I get asked stupid questions
Finally, since 2007 is drawing to a close soon, I will list out the high's and low's of my year (2007).
High's (so far/as far as i can remember)
-

Yeah!!!! I finally c u! I hope repair and update work is finished for blogdrive.
I m back 4rom injuries too! I will b playing after missing the last 2 weeks games.
During my time out with injury, I've come up with a game name. I dunno if u can call it a game name. It's a name that I will use to call myself and allow ppl to call me during matches.
I m....
RHAPtor
R-rhythm H-height A-agility P-pace
I got the inspiration 4rom the dino velociraptor. U know, the small light and fast dinos with a curved claw on each foot. They attack and cling on to their prey with their special claws. U can see them in Jurassic Park.

*pict retrieved 4rom www.viney.com
The reason I chose that dino?
-
Pace is my obsession
-
Height is my natural self
-
Agility is my edge
-
Rhythm is the part of the game I like to dictate
-
I do not give my marked opponent space.
-
I can be aggressive.
Might not make sense to some of u...

My crib's located in a dangerous place
The world is not so safe anymore. That includes my area too.
If u had read 2day's and y'day's papers, u would have known that a 20 yr old woman was abducted and gang-raped later. She stays in USJ6...MY AREA. She was taken away when she got out of her car.
My mum and bro also had a close shave with some strangers just now. They were walking to the park when a motorbike with 2 ppl sudddenly stopped in front of them. They stared at my mum and bro 4 a while b4 leaving.
Now, this happened at the side lane beside my house. It is a straight stretch of about 300m. This lane is particularly dark at night and there have been cases of ppl getting robbed or having their bags snatched here.
To go to my workplace and to return home 4rom it, I have to use this lane. Sigh. I m always careful when I walk back late at night. I will actually break into a run 4rom where the lane starts 4rom the main road right up till I reach my gate. Starting 4rom 2day onwards I m going to arm myself with my ninjaken and a baseball bat and a prayer when I go to work. I'll have to be more alert too of course. I'll also have to be sharp in my taekwondo.
I currently arm myself when i go for my youth meetings bcoz I m home at 1am at the earliest on a sat morn.

All of us slept well, even though 55% of us slept at 2.30am and got up at 8am. The night was not as windy as our very 1st night, but it was still cool nevertheless.
We started the day with a mass. Fr O.C came down 4rom PD to say mass at 8.30am. We had a very good mass 4llowed by b'fast after that.
After b'fast, we had Christine's session. Her session was about how to be happy and not worry. It was a very interactive session. It was also a session where I din have to lead any grp bcoz I was assigned to take photographs.
Christine's session was 4llowed up with lunch. Lunch was not bad. The food was a lil bit too salty though. We had fish, chicken and veggies for lunch. There was chicken in diffr styles in every meal, btw. I m so fed up of chicken now.
After lunch, we had Jack's session. His session was on sin, repentance and 4giveness. It was pop quiz style.
After, Jack's session, we only had 10 mins to pack up and clean up b4 leaving. It was a good thing that Rebecca and I had already loaded my car with 80% of our luggage earlier in the morning. Surprisingly, the post confs only took 5 mins max to clean up the place nicely and pack up their stuff.
The journey home was much more smoother and shorter. We also stopped once after the Serdang toll for GG and Char to pump petrol while the rest of us got down to buy drinks and snacks. I bought a cola to keep me alert (caffeine mah). All of us disembarked at the GYM in church. I only stopped long enuff for rebecca to get down and take her luggage and to let Charles load his luggage and get into my car.

We started the day by waking up after a good night's rest. As there was a strong wind during the night (all day, everyday, in fact), we woke up to fallen leaves among us, toppled flowerpots, clothes left to dry on the clothes line that flew away as far as to the BBQ pit -_-" and chairs that were knocked down by the wind. It was b'fast after that.
As the last post was pretty long, I will not elaborate much on the number of sessions we had, or on wad they were about.
We basically had 1 session b4 lunch, and 2 more after lunch, b4 the tea break. It was water rugby again ... and a mudfight and capsizing the canoe. Hahahahaha. All of us attacked Rebecca, Samantha, Adrian, Aaron, Cynthia, Denise, Sherman and Denise with mud. LOL. It was so fun. Denise and Samantha were so irritated with Sherman until there was a mud war just between the 3 of them. It was fun seeing them ducking and scooping up mud to throw at each other, sneaking up on one another to smash mud into their faces and head, and watching Samantha jumping into the water to chase Sherman with the kayak oar!
We had a BBQ dinner after bathing. The spread of food was tempting and very delicious. I even had 2 beers, as I was part of the facilitating team. The only facilitator that did not have a beer was Rebecca, coz she was underaged.
Next up, we had our praise and worship session by the bonfire on top of a hill. I led praise and worship with Charles and Char. All of us then gazed at the beautiful stars after praise and worship.
All of us then headed back to base camp for a rest, to play games, and to celebrate someone's b'day.
BUT...
Charles, Samantha, Adrian, Rebecca, and I sneaked off to explore the cemetery just outside the entrance to the camp. We din get to go out though. The gate was locked. So, we ended up going back to the place where the whole grp had the bonfire and star gazing session to chat.
Did u know...the 5 of us were gone for about 2 hrs and nobody noticed that we were missing 4rom the grp. Hahahahaha.
The 5 of us then headed back to join the grp and we played Taboo, again. This time it was us facilitators against the post confs. We whipped them well, man. We scored more than double their score. We continued to play until it was about 2am when we went to bed.
END OF DAY 2

I'm home!!! yay!!! I m gonna blog about this year's PC camp. I'll start with day 1 2day as talking about the 3 days in 1 post will be very long.
Woke up at 6am. I had to leave for church at 7am though we were only going to leave church for camp at 9.30am, becoz the fed highway would be jammed after 7.30am.
Everybody arrived early, just as they were supposed to. Good! We left for the camp in my car, Char's car and GG drove the church van. GG had asked me not to drive, but I desperately wanted to, bcoz it would be my 1st time driving outstation without my parents/family. Woots! I did it! We left in a convoy...more fun!
Rebecca was my only passenger as my new car could not carry more than 3 ppl, including me. This is bcoz my car's suspension is very low. I ended up carrying just 1 passenger and 4 persons luggage. Swt. Hahahaha. Not bad la, she and I just listened to the radio and caught up with each others lives.
The journey there was very fun and smooth. The crosswinds made the trip much more fun. We made a detour and everybody stopped once just so that I could refill petrol. These ppl r sweet!
We passed a lot of nice places and saw nice scenery. Like GG and Sharon said, 30/11 will forever be etched in my memory and is one of the historical and happiest days in my life. How true! I felt so free and liberated like a soaring eagle when I drove...COMPLETE FREEDOM!!!
We reached our destination just 1 hr behind time. We had a short game when we arrived after unloading our luggage b4 lunch.
After lunch, we had a short break and chatted and checked out the place, The place was awesome! We had 3 lakes to swim, fish, kayak, go boating, and play water games in. WHeeeeeee! Excuse me my hyperness plz... ^^V I've nvr had so much fun after such a long time. There was also a variety of fruit trees and vegetables and animals at our place. We had guava trees, papaya trees, durian trees, winter melon trees, and custard apple trees (among the many other types of fuit trees). We also visited all the animals. The place had rabbits, a gibbon, a tortoise, terrapins, fish, dogs (a Rott, Dalmatian, Silky terrier, and King Charles Cavalier), cats, chickens, monkeys, and jungle fowl.
After that, we had my session. I gave a short story style talk on responsibility. It was fun. GG also came in to do an extra session based on my session.
After the sessions, we had tea and rest. THEN...we had 7 a-side water rugby (rugby in 4 feet of water with knee-deep mud). Wooohoo! My team won with me being top scorer. I was nicknamed "Peter Crouch" for my height and I was soon marked by 2 players...and then almost the whole opposition team. We gave the opposition team a good whipping. Owh, I recovered 4rom my injuries in time for the games.
We had dinner after having a bath after the game. The food for the whole duration of the camp was wonderful/tasty.
After dinner, we had our free time and we played Taboo, Scrabble and Pictionary. I only played Taboo, though...and I was on the losing team :( It's just a game neways...a good game :p
I will cut the story short now. We had supper and yakked all the way until bedtime.

I will not b posting anything up here until I get back 4rom camp this sun eve. LOL.
I think summer fun is going to go on until my results come out. The fun will continue if results r good. Orait, I do have to be more optimistic.
As I mentioned yesterday, my thighs and arms hurt after 135 mins of badminton y'day. Now my back hurts too. I really hope to recover b4 camp coz I'll be playing water polo! Woohoo!

I can be crippled anytime 2day
Fuh. I finally finished the script for my talk early this morn at 1.30am. After that I went to bed, but I couldn't fall asleep until 3am coz I was thinking and thinking about it. This is because I will be giving a talk for the 1st time...talk NOT presentation.
Neways, i still managed to wake up at 7.45am to do some stuff b4 going off for badminton at 3K with some coll frens. We had planned for this at the BBQ dinner on mon nite. There were 8 of us 2day including me. We had a good ratio of 4 gals and 4 guys.
We started of with a doubles game. I partnered Matt to defeat Benson and Sean in straight sets.
Then...things went downhill in the mixed doubles event. My partnership with Jen Li ended in straight sets losses to Matt-Jen Zi, and Benson-Wenna.
Lol. My thighs and arms r now aching. If anyone were to punch me in these areas 2day I'll be disabled temporarily.
